The Key To Making Money In Forex Trading

Posted by Steve Halladay on November 19th, 2008

If you’re reading this article, then you’ve probably already started dabbling in forex trading, or you’re thinking about starting. No matter which category you fall into, this article has some information that could help you.

First, we’ll talk about what forex trading is. It’s trading currencies in the hopes of making a profit. To know which money you’ll need, it’s important to be able to predict currency fluctuations accurately - that tells you when to sell and when to buy. Forex trading is a lot of fun, but it’s also challenging when you consider that you need to learn the skills to trade successfully.

There’s a lot of information available online and in bookstores about the fine art of fores trading. That makes it easy to overload on it. There are month or even years worth of information about the effective trading strategies used by others. The only problem is that the market and the strategies that work on it change so fast that a method might not be current by the time you read about it. Unless you have a lot of time to keep up with the markets, it can be hard to know which strategies are still a good bet.

If you’re not looking to make this a full-time career, you are best to let someone else do the work for you. It’s not hard to make a good-sized second income with forex trading if you go about it the right way. Your best bet is to trust the experts and seek out their knowledge on the markets.

The easiest way to effectively do forex trading is by using a forex robot. This software collects real time market data automatically, and has been programmed by professionals who know what they’re doing. It can help you identify the trades that would be the most profitable, and spot signals of a good trade. For instance, this kind of software can tell you when to buy Yen and when to sell to get a profit.

Many people are skeptical to start with. After all, no one wants to put all their trust into a computer program. However, there are plenty of proven pieces of software out there, and their records speak for themselves. You need to look for a few specific features when you choose your forex software.

First, don’t believe that just because a program is expensive, it’s definitely better. There are programs out there that cost thousands of dollars and just don’t work, and there are reliable pieces of software that cost only around a hundred dollars, but are guaranteed to make you a profit.

Remember to look for a money back guarantee, too. Programs that work should mean the sellers are willing to guarantee them. Longer guarantees are better - look for a minimum of thirty days.

The program should offer a demo account, too. Those will allow you to see how things work without investing real money. This lets you get used to the program and the methods of trading. Once you see how the simulation works, you can begin using real money.

Forex trading is a great way to earn some extra cash, just make sure that you go about it the right way! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to send us a question. All the best!

Using A Bible Timeline Chart When Preaching The Bible

Posted by Neil J Baulch on November 13th, 2008

A very active retired pastor of 40 years gave me quite a caning with this Scripture 1 Tim 1.4 “nor to be taken up with with myths and never ending genealogies.. “. After I had been preaching about the death burial and resurrection of Jesus had simply made some interesting observations.

He listened, as I asked them if I had said anything that was of heresy, and he said. “No”. He just would not accept it when I suggested that this Scripture was referring to the false teachings of Gnosticism and was in no way speaking of honest enquiry into Scripture.

You would think that with 40 years experience this past and would have had some understanding of what Paul was referring to in this letter and the problem of Gnosticism. We have a problem here, how can a congregation understand these things either and be able to interpret their Bible?

Tragically, a large proportion of pastors preach light weight messages, are so very shallow so that the congregation hardly grow in the Bible and interpretation skills. Pastors love to preach ‘moral essays’ and ‘warming affirmations’ because, if we truly ‘love’, others, this is what we will do.

It seems that the most important thing is, that we are very positive and ‘nice’ to everybody. It’s just too bad, if God’s people are falling through the cracks ‘for a lack of knowledge’ (oracle).

Let’s face it, the more ‘relevant’ we become, to the world, the less relevant we Christians are in point of fact, to the world. :o(

Our staple diet from pastors seems to be favorite topics and ‘feel good’ messages. Ministers preach on a verse from 1 Peter as well as a passage about a hero from 1 Kings; topical sermon from Hosea and then the belief in God of Aaron or the humanity of King David.

After preaching portions from here and from there, through the Bible we need then to put it all together in a clear, understandable way for our congregation.

Constantly we are bombarded with new publications and modernist ideas, some of them dangerously leaning toward Liberal theology. We are repeating history, but if we were to teach the basics of Church history, we would be more equipped to avoid repeating that history.

Let us correctly prepare the Church to understand God and the Bible, but piecing together the fragments of his Word into a beautiful seamless mosaic.

This is not some gruelling, unachievable task, all it needs is study with prayer.

John 17:17 Sanctify them in the Truth: Thy Word is Truth. (AV)

Flash Video Conversion Software - Coupon Code

Posted by David Sullivan on November 9th, 2008

Flash video is a popular format for displaying video content on the web. It is so popular because most web browsers already have a flash plugin installed - many websites already use flash for other things, so many users have already installed it.

The flash video format is also popular because it has excellent quality and low file size in contrast to some other formats. The videos are also hard to edit, so they are considered more secure from visitors than other videos.

There are software programs that can convert any videos to flash video and allow you to upload it to a website. They can do this conversion at the click of a button in the case of most applications.

After you convert he video to flash format, simply upload the video to your website of choice. A great plus with flash video is that it can be ’streamed’ from any Internet website, which means that the entire video doesn’t have to be downloaded for the playback to begin.

If you’re planning to use flash on your own website, it is very convenient that the visitors can start viewing the video playback immediately. It is attention-grabbing and they won’t have to download any additional files to watch the video.

Flash video FLV files are also very small and compressed so they reduce the amount of bandwidth you use and the space on the server. You can embed any video right onto a website for viewing, so visitors won’t have to go away from your site.

Video is a new and exciting medium for website owners and is the number one thing visitors are looking for these days. Having them on your website can boost visitor response immensely.

If you are planning to post videos to another website such as YouTube, then it is even easier because YouTube handles all the website code for you. You just have to record a video, convert it to flash with a flash converter and you’re on your way. You can then send visitors to your website from there.

The Adobe Photoshop Story

Posted by David Peters on November 8th, 2008

The effects you can achieve today with editing software are beyond what professional photographers years ago thought possible. Now is a time when there are no limitations on editing images- everything is possible and creativity is the only requirement to make outstanding pictures. There are thousands of programs that help us improve the photographs we take, but none have the respect of the professional and amateur community as Adobe Photoshop. The software is so closely linked with altering images that the term ‘to Photoshop’ has come to mean ‘to enhance pictures’.

It is possible to ‘Photoshop’ images to give fantasy the illusion of reality. You can alter images so that figures and objects appear in the image that could never be seen together. Whether it’s a party with past presidents, Frankenstein and the Easter Bunny, or a picture of you and a celebrity you’ve never met, you can make anything appear completely realistic.

One thing that Photoshop is closely associated with is isolating aspects of the image you don’t want and removing them. This can be used to improve physical features, such as smoothing out damaged skin or covering up body piercings, and can even be used to remove whole objects from the image that detract from the photograph like a distracting person in the background. With Photoshop it is unlikely that you will be able to tell that any alteration has been done to the picture, as the software is so complex.

Photoshop is the software of choice for anyone serious about editing photography. It is popular for a reason, and due to its reputation you may feel like you should familiarize yourself with it. There are many resources to help you learn how to use Photoshop, and if you still feel lost, you can always ask a college or high school student to help you out. Learning Photoshop is useful for so many different applications that it makes sense to invest your time in learning about it.

In 1989 Thomas and John Knoll developed a basic program which was to eventually become Photoshop. They were using this program for their own projects, but they soon realised they could make money by selling the program as it added real value to anyone wanting to edit photography. They quickly formed the company Adobe and began marketing the product.

The success of Adobe is an outstanding example of the power of the internet. Software designed by Adobe is on nearly every computer in the world, as its free PDF reader has had such widespread popularity. The Adobe Reader is the standard PDF reader, just as Adobe Photoshop is the standard photo editor and is proof of Adobe’s unique dominance of media-related software.

To become familiar with Photoshop, the best thing to do is to find a copy to experiment with. Chances are a friend of yours has it, so play around with the program until you get used to the interface. If your friend knows how to use Photoshop, he or she can show you and teach you faster than most online tutorials can. Take care though, because once you see the amazing things Photoshop can do, you will become a fan forever.

Eventually you’ll want to get a copy for your own use. You can get a trial version that will give you a lot of the features, but for full access you have to get the licensed version. Photoshop is everywhere, so buying a copy will save you a lot of hassle. Now that you have your own copy you’ll probably play around with it for hours trying out all the cool features. While you will learn this way, there is something to be said for taking a class in Photoshop. These will be streamlined to give you the information you need to improve your skills. Once you’ve covered the fundamentals, experimenting will expand your horizon, but without the basics, you will not be as effective at enhancing images as you could be.

After you are used to Photoshop there is nothing stopping you from creating whatever images you want. There are infinite possibilities for what you can make. Experiment and remember to have fun!

Microsoft Excel On-site Training Checklist

Posted by Matthew Fletcher on November 7th, 2008

Which version of Excel?

The obvious answer to this question may seem to be “the version that we are currently using”. However, because of the significant difference between Excel 2007 and previous versions, if you are currently using Excel 2003 but plan to upgrade within the next year or so, it is definitely worth making sure you upgrade before getting your staff trained.

One feature that you should almost never omit in an Excel training course is formulas and functions. Functions are the lifeblood of Microsoft Excel. They allow the program to carry out complex calculations and produce useful results in a variety of different areas including statistics, engineering and the financial arena. Be sure to give the training company a good idea of the type of data your people work with and the information they need to obtain. This will enable the trainer to include coverage of functions which can help increase your productivity and get the most out of Excel.

Which topics should be covered

As to the size of the class, somewhere between five and ten people can usually be accommodating in a training room with reasonable facilities. You will need to ensure that you have a conference or training room equipped with a computer for each delegate and a projector which can be connected to a computer used by the trainer to demonstrate each technique.

A general rule of thumb is that the bigger the leap you are asking people to make, the smaller the class needs to be. For example, if you decide to get your staff trained on the use of Excel macros and none of them have ever done any programming, then you should restrict the size of the group to between three and six people. By contrast, if you have a group of people who have been using the program for some time, but have never been formally trained and need to be given a better idea of what the program can do, you could probably have a larger group of, say, between seven and ten people.

One of the main benefits offered by on-site training courses is that you can focus on those topics which are most relevant to your organisations. A good technique is to ask the company providing the training for a list of topics they cover on their standard courses then to provide them with a guide as to which features you feel are important, less important or can be omitted all together.

If your staff are trained on an older version of Excel and then have their software upgraded to 2007, the differences are so significant that many of them will need retraining!
